Who is responsible for your data
Event Pro MX, based in Puebla, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data you share with us, in accordance with Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
What information we collect
This site has no forms and doesn’t ask you to sign up. We collect two kinds of information:
- Browsing data, anonymously. With Google Analytics we measure which pages are visited, from what type of device, from which approximate city or country, and how you reached the site (for example, from Google or from a link). This information does not identify you by name.
- The data you share with us on WhatsApp. If you message us, we receive your name and number as they appear on WhatsApp, and whatever information about your event you choose to tell us (date, venue, technical needs).
What we use it for
- To answer your request, prepare a quote and follow up on your event.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it (which pages help most, what needs explaining).
We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it to send you advertising you didn’t ask for.
Cookies and Google Analytics
Google Analytics uses cookies: small files your browser stores to tell one visit from another. Google processes this information on our behalf, under its own privacy policy. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, or install theGoogle Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works the same without them.
Who we share it with
Only with the services needed for the above: Google (visit measurement) and WhatsApp, by Meta (messaging). We don’t share your data with any other third parties, unless required by law.
Your rights (ARCO)
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, and you can withdraw your consent. Email us at eventpromexico@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +52 221 419 8808, with your name and what you need. We’ll reply within 20 business days at most.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, we’ll publish the new version on this same page, with its update date.
